How much does a property survey cost?

Many variables will determine the price of each individual survey. Every price quote is unique because every property is unique. The deliverables you may need from us are unique from project to project as well. Rest assured, no matter what your needs, we provide quality, affordable surveys throughout the state of Tennessee.

Do I need to provide anything for a survey?

No. We take care of all of the property research before we arrive at your property. But if you have any documents that we should see or if you would like to show us something in person then please let us know. 

How long does a survey take?

The time frame of each individual project depends on the size of the property, any discovered boundary line overlaps, easements, and many other variables. This is a complex process, but don't worry, we make it look easy, and we'll guide you through the process every step of the way.

How do you mark property corners and lines?

For any non-existing property corners, we place 18” long iron rods topped with our yellow Global Surveying cap. Orange flagging marks their location and is used to mark property lines in wooded areas. For open area property lines, we place wood stakes with orange flagging. Afterwards, you'll be able to easily see the outline of your property.
