Elevation Certificate

What is an Elevation Certificate?

An elevation certificate is a standard form created by the National Flood Insurance Program that is used to provide elevation information necessary to determine insurance rates for homes and buildings and to ensure compliance with community floodplain management ordinances.

An elevation certificate is also used to support a request for a Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA) or a Letter of Map Amendment based on fill (LOMR-F). We will perform the survey and complete the form for you. All you have to do is pass it along. See our Samples page for more information.
